The art of healing with food and herbs has been practiced in Asian Medicine for 1000’s of years.

In 625AD, the first Chinese Diet Classic was published
by Sun Shu Mao a Chinese Physician, his book is entitled 'One Thousand Ounces of Gold Classics’.
He created food cures for many conditions.

 

The Tao of Sexology also known as the ‘joining of energy’ (essence), tells us that the performance
of these sexual arts, one can stay in good health and attain longevity. According to the classic Su Nu Ching,
“Classical of the White Madam, ‘Sexology can help to improve the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects
of the individual while promoting intelligence, beauty, wisdom, health, and mortality.

 

In this 2 hour lecture, we will
present the theory of Taoist Sexology and ways to heal the body using food, discussing:

 

- The Theory and history of sexology
- The five element theory as it related to sexology
- Practical exercises to enhance your sexual energy
-The 5 Element theory as it relates to food and herbs
- Foods that heal the 5 systems
- Recipes to enhance our health and increase energy
- Herbs that are used to foster good health and stamina

Drew DiVittorio

Drew DiVittorio is a Nutritional Consultant and maintains a Private Practice in Chinese Medicine in NYC and Westchester, NY. He is currently the Founder and Primary Instructor at the New York Institute of Herbal Medicine & Nutrition, a one-year professional training program in Classical Chinese Herbology. He was an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Bridgeport Acupuncture Institute for 10 years, and on the teaching staff at Norwalk Community College, and the Green Medicine Program at the New York Open Center. He is currently lecturing nationally on Nutrition, Chinese Medicine, and has been featured on Good Day New York, Fox News Channel, MSNBC, and Alive & Wellness with Carol Martin.

Richard Anton Diaz

Richard Anton Diaz, a former world champion ballroom dancer, also studied and became certified as a Taoist teacher and practitioner in the Universal Tao system created by Master Mantak Chia, author of Cultivating Sexual Energy for both men and women. In 1999, Anton founded Sexy Spirits in New York City as an educational platform for teachers, educators, and practitioners, to meet in community to learn and practice conscious sexual energy cultivation. Following the Taoist’s strong values for health and longevity, Anton joined forces in 2013 with Chairman Hui Chen, a self-made billionaire and founder of a 5 elements medicinal mushroom company based in Nantong, China, established as the world leaders in mycology,and now launching in United States and Canada.
